Today we are joined by Brittany Anderson!  Brittany is a women’s health expert here in Nashville, TN.  Brittany received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Indiana University where she was a 4-year Varsity athlete. She then went on to earn a Master’s Degree from Vanderbilt University and is a Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. Brittany is passionate about supporting women from preconception through postpartum. She has pursued trainings in strength and conditioning, functional and integrative medicine, prenatal yoga, lactation support, and as a birth doula. She also serves her community as the local BIRTHFIT Regional Director.
